A Dream Home For YouWhat's your idea of a dream home?To me the "home" of my dreams conjures up images of Nantucket cottage style with a great view of the ocean and or a marina and my own beach of course! I love looking at a marina! My dream home has several bedrooms or guest quarters and is walking distance to a coastal town with lots of antique and art shops and can't forget great restaurants. My dream house has a beautiful white pergola and fancy stonework, a garden filled with lush plants and perfumed flowers! And a gorgeous salt water pool. It can be easy for certain really important elements of the home to be left unexplored. Home Security Systems, for example, often are not considered by potential homeowners until they actually live in the home, and then start thinking about how to better protect their new home and their family. This is generally OK, as professional security companies are perfectly capable of adding features to a system, or even installing an entire system if necessary. However, there are certain things that are more convenient about setting up a system during the building phase, if at all possible. Particularly if you are having a home built, or if you buy a property before the construction is complete, it would be a good idea to address the issue of security in advance. Why install a Security System?The main reason that it is so important to install a home security system during construction is that most systems still involve physical wiring behind walls.While wireless systems do exist, they are often more expensive, whereas a system that involves wiring is perhaps a bit older, but more affordable and just as effective. And, as you can imagine, it is far more simple for a company to install the necessary wiring – say, sensors around windows and on doors, to trigger alarms – during the construction process, rather than afterward. However, if you truly want a system the moment you step into your new home, you have nothing to lose in at least talking to a professional company about putting the system in as a part of the construction. Consulting with a professional will also be helpful in allowing you to judge the specific security needs of your individual home, as, in theory, no two security setups are exactly alike."
